These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of www.airion.com and any other websites operated by AIRION that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by AIRION Health LLC (“AIRION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any part of the Site, you, and any organization you represent, agree to be bound by this Agreement and by any additional policies, rules, or procedures that AIRION may publish on the Site from time to time.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

AIRION may modify or replace any portion of this Agreement from time to time. Any updated Terms of Use will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Site after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Access and Use of the Site

Subject to this Agreement, AIRION grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful informational and business purposes.

AIRION may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or any portion of the Site at any time, including any content, functionality, feature, or service made available through the Site.

AIRION may also restrict access to the Site or portions of the Site when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or other business purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRION will not be liable for any modification, suspension, restriction, or discontinuation of the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally permitted to enter into this Agreement;
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms of Use;
  • If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement;
  • Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations; and
  • You will use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Access to the Site is prohibited where such access would violate applicable law.

3. AIRION Products and Services

The Site may provide information concerning products, technologies, capabilities, services, programs, and other offerings provided or developed by AIRION.

Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, contract, commitment, warranty, or guarantee regarding the availability, performance, specifications, suitability, regulatory status, qualification status, certification, or delivery of any AIRION product or service.

Any purchase, sale, licensing arrangement, development activity, evaluation, testing program, government contract, subcontract, partnership, or other commercial relationship involving AIRION products or services may be subject to a separate written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by AIRION, nothing contained on the Site creates any right to purchase, use, manufacture, reproduce, distribute, modify, license, or otherwise obtain access to AIRION products, services, technology, intellectual property, or proprietary information.

Product specifications, capabilities, availability, configurations, features, pricing, and other information may change without notice.

4. No Government Endorsement

References on the Site to the United States Government, U.S. Department of Defense, military branches, government agencies, military units, programs, contractors, customers, testing organizations, or other governmental entities do not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or approval of AIRION or its products by any such organization.

Any trademarks, service marks, insignia, names, or other identifying information belonging to government organizations remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Controlled, Export-Controlled, and Classified Information

AIRION operates in the aerospace and defense industry.

The public Site and its general contact forms are not intended to receive classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”), export-controlled technical data, sensitive operational information, or other information subject to government or contractual security restrictions.

Unless AIRION has expressly authorized a specific method of transmission, you must not submit through the Site:

  • Classified information;
  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI);
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)-controlled technical data;
  • Export Administration Regulations (EAR)-controlled technical data requiring restricted handling;
  • Proprietary government information;
  • Sensitive military or operational information; or
  • Information subject to contractual, government, or national-security restrictions.

Submission of information through a public website form does not establish that AIRION has agreed to receive, protect, or handle such information under any particular government security standard.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to AIRION’sPrivacy Policy.

AIRION’s Privacy Policy describes how AIRION may collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information associated with your use of the Site.
